2010-SEPT-24 Error on Exiting Secure Desktop
  For some users that have had their GOA Citrix updated, you may notice that when you exit from JSG Data Center Environment Secure Desktop, the window will stay open, and after waiting for a period you may see an error message "Xen App connection interrupted". If so, then just click "Cancel" and close the remaining open windows. There is no actual problem with JSG Data Center Environment. The issue is that the new GOA Citrix software does not properly detect the shutdown message sent by the Secure Desktop. To avoid a wait time for this error in future sessions, simply shutdown the Secure Desktop as normal, but while the Secure Desktop is Shutting down, click the Top Right close box on the Secure Desktop Window. The error message will not appear.

2009-DEC-2 JSG Data Center Environment Secure Desktop Access (GOA PC update)
  If you have any difficulty accessing Secure Desktop, it has been found that a GOA change to existing computers has affected access. The fix is easy to perform and can be done by most users. The simple fix is to remove (*.alberta.ca) from the local intranet sites list in your WEB browser.
 
2009-NOV-27 JSG Data Center Environment Secure Desktop Access (GOA PC problems)
  As of this morning, all known GOA PC’s that connect to the Citrix Desktop (or Secure Desktop) inside the JSG Data Center Environment, can no longer connect to the Citrix Desktop as of today some time. It presently appears that a GOA change of some type on GOA PC's, to be the most probable cause to this the issue for these affected systems. Testing is in progress immediately to locate the cause and to implement a repair for the problem on the affected GOA PC’s. The solution will be implemented as soon as possible. For now, users that access the JSG Data Center Environment from their GOA machine have no access to their Citrix (Secure Desktop inside JSG Data Center Environment) because of this. It is expected that the problem can be resolved soon, however access today is not available yet.
 
2009-NOV-25 JSG Data Center Environment Home Page Changes
  The Secure Systems Environment Home Page has changed to allow access for users with JSG Data Center Environment-TOKENS, and for users without JSG Data Center Environment-TOKENS. Users that do not use TOKENS, can only access this system when connecting from Alberta Government Networks. If you need to connect to the JSG Data Center Environment from other networks, such as the internet, you need approval for remote access, and an JSG Data Center Environment-TOKEN provided to you.
